We combine the by-products from fruit production and fruit juice processing on our farm with maize which is then fermented by beneficial microbes in our award-winning Anaerobic digester. A biogas is produced and converted to generate green energy. This fermentation process creates a very nutritious digestate which, once dried, becomes our unique, vegan friendly and 100% organic approved fertiliser, Gro!
